After a week of using public restrooms, I feel compelled to write this.   I am just as freaked out by germs as the next person but what the heck makes anyone think that hovering over a toilet seat and peeing all over it makes it more sanitary.   There were several incidences where there were disposable toilet seat covers right next to the toilet and there was still urine all over the seat.  Here is a news flash for you disgusting people.  If you are going to hover; wipe off the damn seat otherwise you are the filthy one.
