It snowed all day yesterday and it is supposed to snow for the next three days. finally it looks like winter around here. Christmas was great and it is hard to get back into the regular routine. Jared is going crazy trying to get everything together for the new semester and to complicate things he is leaving for Paris on Saturday for a week. I am planning on going on a week long cleaning jag while he is gone to straighten up the holiday mess and throw some more stuff out. What I really need right now is to get snowed in so that I just get it all done. I hate seeing Christmastime end though because it makes me feel so good!!
My favorite day of the year!! I love my family and friends so much!! I am so grateful for them. Had a great Christmas and I got lots of toys!! Christmas is over so I will actually have time to breath. I will post a video and catch up on posts in the next three days. I will do it a little bit at a time!! I hope everyone has a great Holiday!!!!!!!! I will leave you with my favorite Christmas song!!
Night 6 of Chanukah was soooooooo fun. I got Jared a Jeff Probst bobble head for his office to be funny and he got me 3 Mac Davis CD’s. It was awesome. I had told him once that I loved Mac Davis when I was a kid and he remembered it. That was nice.
I have been so busy and I know that people have noticed that I haven’t been posting. Sorry I will catch up with my “likes” over the weekend. I have been working like a dog which is usual for this time of year and Jared is getting ready for his work trip to France at the beginning of the year so it is crazy in our household. We have been having a lot of fun with the holidays though and Gus is home so that is nice. Night #2 I received 3 books. “Pride and Prejudice and Zombies”, “The Zombie Survival Guide”, and “The Undead and Philosophy: Chicken soup for the Soulless”
Night #3 “Candyman” DVD This as been a gaping hole in my horror movie collection for awhile. I also got a book entitled “Splatter Films: How to Make Your Own Low-Budget horror Film”
Night #4 My very own Travelocity Gnome. He will be terribly abused for years to come. His first trip will be to see “Avatar” in 3D Friday.

Just in case anyone was wondering; the dog is doing great. She is one hundred percent now and we are great parents because the virus she had is 80 percent fatal. Really happy about all the stuff I got done yesterday for the holidays. I might actually be able to enjoy Christmas Eve this year instead of freaking out trying to finish things up. YAY!! Jared is finalizing plans for his work trip to Dijon France. He will be gone for a week in January. I am jealous. I want to go back to France sooo bad!! But my friends said they will keep me company while he is gone. I have a feeling this will involve a lot of drinking!!
I like it when Jared and I quickly agree on our opinion of a movie……..Which was about 15 minutes into “Armored” I turned to him and said ‘I hate this movie.’ Jared who prides himself on being quiet in a movie theater, started to laugh.
