I just spent 20 minutes playing with the compass on my Iphone. It is interesting but if I ever get lost in the wilderness…i am pretty sure I’m dead.

So I always thought Katy Perry was kinda cool, then I saw her doing a Proactive commercial and now I don’t think she is cool!!

If I can get around to it I will post a video either tonight or tomorrow night. By the way I have been posting a lot on Twitter lately. Follow me—Jenscoobysnacks. There is a certain amount of immediate satisfaction that I like about Twitter.

I have been crazy busy since we got back from NYC so I am going to give you a nutshell version of the trip to NYC.
Day 1- We arrived before noon and checked in to our hotel at Times Square. We had lunch and went to the Met so that we could see some of the museum before the reception. We ran into Leonard Nimoy which I mentioned before and it made Jared’s day ………no wait it made his year……then there was a very successful reception. We went for drinks at The Plaza Hotel and went back to the room and collapsed.

Day 2- We started out in Chinatown…bought a knockoff purse and some Hello Kitty bling then got an amazing 30 minute foot rub. Went to the World Trade Center, and rode the Staten Island Ferry. We ended the night by going to the top of the Empire State Building. It was snowing and freezing cold up there we could only stand it for a few minutes but it was beautiful!!

Day 3- We hit the original Tiffany’s and Jared got me things in BLUE BOXES!! 30 Rock, Moma, and walked past Geraldo Rivera on Broadway. It was a great time and I loved every minute of it. It was also a very successful event for Jared and I am very proud of his accomplishments.

I am going to lunch with John to gossip about yesterday!! Boy I wish I had video of yesterdays events. If it was a reality show it would be a blockbuster. Wow!!

Having a great time in NYC. The reception and exhibit at the Met was incredible. When we got to the Met the banners up and down the street had jared’s photographs on them. It was amazing. Everyone was appreciative and complimentary of jared’s work.

Yesterday we went to Chinatown had some awesome Dim Sum and got a 30 minute foot rub that just might have changed my life. Then we went to the World Trade Center which was very emotional for me. Afterwards we got on the Staten Island ferry to get a view of the Statue of Liberty which was great. We ended the evening by walking all the way up Broadway and doing cheesy souvenir shopping. Oh and Carvel ice cream in Times Square. We are actually staying in Times Square so I am actually at a Starbucks right now looking out at Broadway right now at 730 AM while Jared is still sleeping at the hotel. I am in heaven right now.

Leonard Nimoy is here at the Met. He touched Jared on the arm and he is quietly freaking out.
