The latest Eli Roth production. Sooo excited!!

The weekend went well. It was crazy and we had a hard time getting back because we were both so tired but we did it. We had no problems getting there on time. Jared drove first while he had the energy and then I took over while he slept. John talked to me on the cell so I would stay awake which helped alot. We go there in plenty of time to get some souvenirs and we even went into the casino for a few minutes before the race. The race was great. Kyle won and I was happy. The ride back was tough. Jared insisted on driving back immediately and it took forever. I don’t think we got out of Delaware until like 9PM. We did stop at the Waffle House but still it was long and slow. But it was all worth it!!

OK finally ready and only a half hour off schedule. Got off work late and ran into some problems getting it together at home. I hope my son doesn’t forget to let the dog out while we are gone…. He has a tendency to do that. Got a birthday card from people at work and it was real sweet. It made me feel much better about he horrible day. We are bringing the flip video so we will be posting videos along the way as well. See ya soon!!

Eating lunch at Chipolte with John. Was 5 minutes late for work and you would have thought I committed murder. Place is crazy with customers, call offs , etc. Some woman hit her head when she tripped in the dressing room and started bleeding. I have 60imutes of solitude. Still on track for 11PM.

Of course when you have an objective and little time to accomplish it everything happens to get in your way. I finish my morning job and stop at Sheetz to get some gas. I have the great idea that I will go through the drive thru to get a quick bite to eat on the way home. Go to touch screen to order and nothing happens, I proceed to touch 3000 more times to no avail. I am now angry and out of time. I speed out of parking lot and consider giving the finger to the pimply faced kid at the drive thru window but quickly remember that Jared is a public figure and if he is ever more famous then the pimply faced kid could sell story about crazy wife to the National Enquirer. Rush home 85 miles an hour on 480/271. Eat cottage cheese standing in kitchen, drink oj out of carton, run upstairs to change clothes for Steinmart job. Late , Late , Late. We really do need to be on the road by 11PM at the latest for this to happen………..

The big birthday weekend begins on a good note with a very successful fundraiser for The Ingenuity Festival last night. But now the real challenge begins. Jared offered to drive me to Dover to see the Nascar race tomorrow. The only problem is that I close the store tonight so we wont get on the road until 10 PM and then I have to be at work at 9 AM on Monday. Needless to say we have our work cut out for us. This morning already started off badly because my alarm did not go off and I started out late. Question is where do I cut corners in order to make time up later. Maybe I can bribe somebody at work to stay later for me. Hmmmmmmm. Stay tuned……

I follow a few celebrities on Twitter but only a few. I have to say that Eli Roth and Michael Waltrip have the best tweets. They both tweet like they talk so it feels real. Very funny and sometimes actually informative. I highly recommend following them to see what you are missing!
