I am really sorry for the lack of updates over the last few months. I have been going through a divorce and I have been busy with all things related. I will be moving at the end of April/beginning of May. After things are settled at the new place I will be able to focus on the blogs. I am actually looking forward to it. So please stay tuned. There is lots to come….at least I hope there is……………
One of my favorite magazines these days is Experience Life. It is a Lifetime Fitness publication and I love it. They always have lots of good nutrition and diet information. I ran across this article which coincides with what I had mentioned earlier. Evil EVIL sugar. LMAO Sugar Shock is a great article. Read it here: http://experiencelife.com/article/sugar-shock/.
I have always tried to steer from sugary drinks simply because it made me more thirsty than I was in the first place but there are so many other reasons to steer clear of sugary drinks. If you regularly drink 2 cans of sugar cola a day then you would save 87600 calories by choosing something smarter. That is 25 pounds in one year! Just something to think about!!

Here is the article that I wrote on Trioofterror.com. I had a great time. Can’t wait til the Fall.
Wow. What a weekend. I had an amazing time at Cinema Wasteland. I met a lot of great people and took a lot of great pics. I am in the middle of writing an article for Trioofterror.com and I will post a link when it is finished.
I also managed to purge a lot of things this weekend. Slowly going through belongings to make things easier when I move. The task is actually quite daunting but I will get through it. I know I will be happier afterwards but it is hard to let go of some things and I hate that about myself. I should be happy being a minimalist, you know, like Buddha. lol. Please check back later for the article on the convention!!
“The first question aliens will ask our leaders is why that peanut is wearing a top hat and monocle.”
This is a title sequence rather than a traditional video but I love the artistry. Of course, I like everything that Trent Reznor does anyway. Check out the opening sequence to “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo”.
This weekend is The Cinema Wasteland Expo in Northeast Ohio. John Saxon is one of the guests at the Expo. I am going to try to get his photo with Little Freddy. For those who do not remember, John Saxon played Nancy’s father, a police officer, in the original “Nightmare on Elm Street” I also hope to find a few cool trinkets. After all, this is where I found the Trio in the first place!! If you head down there let me know.
